You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

Once we have confirmed your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement regardless of the above conditions.
